Cranberry Bread Pudding

This is a recipe for a healthy delicious cranberry bread pudding that i just made.

Ingridients:

Milk 500 grams
Sugar 100 grams
Eggs 4
Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon (or just eyeball it)
Baguette or toast 6 pieces
Dried Cranberry 60 grams

Directions:
1.Stir sugar and egg together. Heat up 400 grams of milk in small pan or microwave it till its barely boiling. Slowly pour heated milk into the egg mixture, stir while doing that or you will cook the eggs (not good!).

2.Mix the rest of the 100 grams of milk into the mixture. Add the vanilla extract. Cut up the baguette (just medium size) and line them in the pan. Strain the egg/milk mixture into the pan.

3.Sprinkle the dried cranberries over the top. Pour warm water into another tray and put the pan of bread and mixture in it.

4.Preheat oven to 355 degree F. Bake for 30 minutes, until the pudding is set. DONE :)

I used soy milk instead of milk because i didn't have any milk and it was still ok (make sure the soymilk is unsweetened)
